For each Rangee ThinClient and PC-Stick we offer a standard Two Year Bring-In Warranty. Therefore, should your Rangee ThinClient have an error that is a result from hardware failure within two years from the day of purchase, then we repair your ThinClient free of charge.
Please contact our Support-Team, before you send in a broken ThinClient. They will describe the futher steps. Also use our RMA-Form >> to give us detailed information about the error occured. During the whole time, our Support Team will be more than happy to answer all your technical questions. During the time of warranty you are free to download and install all Software- and Firmware-Updates that are included in your Rangee ThinClient from our Downloadserver.

Because we are persuaded of the Quality of our Products, we also offer the opportunity to extend the time of Warranty up to five years. With this you extend the prevention from Hardware failures of the ThinClient Hardware and you also extend the time of Software Subscription with what you can download new Softwareupdates. On the right side you see an overview of the Warranty extension possibilities. These are Extensionpackages for all Rangee ThinClients and Pc-Sticks. |
